Region 4 Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager for our Professional Partner Program (PPP). The PPP Case Manager assists families of children with severe emotional disturbance (SED), provides intensive case management services using the wraparound approach, coordinates and facilitates Team meetings, and develops an Individualized Service Plan with the family.

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required. Applicants must have good communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of both community resources and diverse populations is beneficial.
