This role involves working with a medium-sized team and requires regular travel to project sites to maintain direct oversight and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement landscape designs tailored to residential projects
• Plan and coordinate project timelines and resources effectively
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice
• Select appropriate materials for durability, aesthetics, and budget
• Lead and coordinate a medium-sized team to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on all job sites
• Travel regularly to project sites to monitor progress and address issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Valid Landscape Contractor License

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in landscape construction
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols
