Position Overview

ReefPoint Group is seeking Power Platform Developers to support business modernization, workflow automation, and low-code solution development for federal clients.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building practical solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and solve real business problems. We are seeking individuals who can work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop scalable applications and workflows, and support modern Microsoft-based solutions within complex environments.

Successful candidates will bring experience developing Power Platform solutions and the ability to translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions supporting federal clients and mission needs
• Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related Microsoft solutions
• Support workflow automation, process improvement, and business modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Integrate data and systems using Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools
• Support solution testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Develop scalable, user-friendly, and sustainable business applications
• Support governance, security, and best practices within Power Platform environments
• Create documentation, user guidance, and technical deliverables as appropriate
• Contribute to innovation and modernization efforts across client environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience building Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, or related Microsoft solutions
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, connectors, SharePoint, SQL, or Azure services
• Experience supporting workflow automation and business modernization initiatives
• Experience supporting federal agencies including VA, DoD, DHA, or civilian agencies
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and administration practices
• Experience supporting enterprise or scalable solution development
• Microsoft Power Platform or related certifications preferred
• Public Trust or security clearance eligibility or active clearance
