Job Title: Director - Sales & Business Development (US)
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead growth across the US market, driving adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven language and video localisation solutions within the sports and media industries.
This is a senior commercial role focused on building strategic partnerships, winning new enterprise clients, and expanding market presence across broadcasters, sports organisations, media platforms, studios, and content creators.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a US sales strategy across sports and media sectors
  • Identify, target, and close new enterprise business opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key industry decision-makers
  • Clearly articulate complex technology value propositions to commercial stakeholders
  • Consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets and growth KPIs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into product and marketing teams
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless client delivery
About You
  • 8-10+ years of sales experience, including significant exposure to sports and/or media industries
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value SaaS or technology deals
  • Strong existing network across sports leagues, broadcasters, media platforms, or studios
  • Deep understanding of media distribution, broadcasting, and fan engagement ecosystems
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
