Role Overview: Chief of StaffAs Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the operational glue of the company-ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-team coordination is seamless. You'll help streamline workflows, improve internal communication, and support leadership with day-to-day operations.
You'll also contribute to initiatives across
marketing, product management, CRM, scheduling/logistics, app testing, partnerships, and
user engagement, making this an ideal role for a proactive, versatile generalist.
Responsibilities - Team Coordination & Task Management
- Use tools like Asana and Slack to keep projects and deadlines organized across the team.
- Project Execution
- Lead and assist with cross-functional projects involving marketing, design, and product development.
- Executive Support
- Support the CEO and CTO by managing daily tasks and people operations.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar function; startup experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling evolving assignments.
- A self-starter who's comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
