Join Our Growing Team!
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll-off Driver to join our team! This role involves safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste materials to disposal sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and providing excellent customer service. If you’re a skilled driver with a Class A CDL and experience in waste transportation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate double rail roll-off trucks to safely transport waste containers to designated disposal sites.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Secure and load waste containers using appropriate equipment; ensure safe transport.
  • Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
  • Maneuver trucks in tight spaces, ensuring efficient and safe waste collection.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials transported, miles driven, and fuel consumption.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating on public roads.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues.
  • Provide top-tier customer service to clients and site personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Class A CDL required.
  • Experience with double rail roll-off trucks is a plus.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of waste containers.
  • Ability to maneuver large trucks in tight spaces, particularly in city environments.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet schedules and maximize efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
  • DOT medical card required.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to environmental regulations.
Schedule amp; Compensation:
  • Monday through Friday work schedule with overtime opportunities.
  • Starting pay rate $29.00
