You'll find ARDEX products in the construction of PPG Paints Area, Pittsburgh International Airport, the Google offices in Bakery Square, and the UPMC Medical Tower, Oakland.

We're looking for a Recruitment & HR Generalist to partner with hiring managers in attracting and hiring great talent across ARDEX Americas. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, represent ARDEX at career fairs and community events, coordinate onboarding activities, and support initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.

Located at our woodland campus complete with walking trails and free parking - 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.  Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexible work initiatives available following a successful training period.

What You'll Do

Full-cycle recruitment

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions (hourly and salaried) across the organization
  • Partner with ARDEX hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively and regularly attend career fairs, technical schools, colleges, universities, and community recruiting events to promote ARDEX as an employer of choice
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems

Onboarding administration and support

  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions and requests
  • Support training, development, recognition programs and other People & Culture initiatives

Partner with the Business

  • Work closely with managers and employees to provide responsive HR support
  • Assist with policy administration and HR compliance activities
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives across ARDEX Americas

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and creating a great experience for both candidates and employees.

  • Three or more years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a combination of both
  • Interviewing experience is essential
  • Experience supporting career fairs and recruiting events
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach
  • Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • A proactive approach and passion for helping people succeed

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel - mostly locally
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
