Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions that reflect each client's unique needs.
• Engaging in collaborative care with other mental health professionals to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery.
• Performing crisis interventions, including risk assessments and developing safety plans tailored to clients in distress.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatments in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitating various therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients through shared experiences.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that enhance therapeutic rapport and client trust.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications set the baseline, candidates with additional experience in areas such as trauma therapy, family therapy, or crisis intervention will be highly regarded.
