Responsibilities

• Monitor all building entrances and common areas.

• Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Ensure packages are delivered to verified individual

• Verify visitor identification and maintain an accurate visitor log.

• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity immediately.

• Conduct routine interior and exterior property patrols.

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, disturbances, and emergencies.

• Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency medical personnel when necessary.

• Enforce community policies, guest procedures, and property rules.

• Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.

• Receive packages and assist with resident inquiries as directed.

• Monitor building access systems and ensure all doors remain secured.

• Contact on-call management when appropriate.

• Assist during emergency evacuations or building incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous security, law enforcement, military, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email and incident reporting.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation

• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Respond quickly during emergency situations but not required

• First Aid /CPR a plus

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Wages are based on scheduled shift and experience.
