Position Summary

As a Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed in a professional and friendly manner. Your role will be critical in maintaining the high standards of service that Ready Contractors is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Assist clients in understanding our services and processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Basic understanding of construction or contracting services is a plus but not required.
