- Create simple, elegant interfaces that users can understand quickly and feel natural to use
- Work with other designers, and both front-end and back-end developers to wrestle the technology into doing what you want
- Be a strong and consistent voice of clarity and simplicity in design and user experience
The kind of person we're looking for...
- Have a strong, informed opinion on design and interaction patterns
- Solid communication skills and writing (you need to be able to write well and think clearly, from button labels to introduction copy)
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with managing and prioritizing your own time
- Good at framing decisions and making a case for a viewpoint
