About the Role:
BCV, A RateGain Company, is hiring a Director of Sales with 8-10 years of sales experience (compensation adjusted accordingly) and 5-7 years in hospitality/travel. The ideal candidate will excel in client success, possess strong organizational skills, and have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities include nurturing existing enterprise relationships, developing new key accounts, creating pricing agreements, and pursuing large-scale opportunities at brand, ownership, and management levels. The Director of Sales will collaborate with teams to execute lead generation strategies, explore new partnerships, and support sales managers. Additionally, they will lead the development of sales and marketing materials, attend industry events, and contribute to building a high-performance sales organization.

Key Skills & Abilities:

  • Identifying growth opportunities to boost new business, while growing existing business and implement strategic sales strategies designed to achieve overall business objectives and financial targets with internal teams to define lead-gen goals and lead qualification process
  • 8-10 years of sales experience
  • Strong command with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • The successful candidate will actively contribute to the growth of market share, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and profitability while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective client communication and successful project delivery.
  • Prior experience with hospitality/travel experience
