As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you'll install heating and cooling systems for residential homes and light commercial properties while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. You'll work with experienced team members to complete equipment replacements, new installations, and indoor air quality upgrades while ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications.

This role offers a variety of projects and the opportunity to continue developing your technical skills while building a long-term career with a growing company.

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, ventilation equipment, thermostats, and indoor air quality products. Read installation plans and equipment specifications, verify proper system operation, and ensure every installation complies with local building codes and manufacturer requirements.

Maintain organized job sites, communicate professionally with homeowners, coordinate with project managers and warehouse staff, complete installation documentation, and represent Ranger Heating and Cooling with professionalism throughout every project. Experienced technicians may also assist with mentoring newer installers as the team continues to grow.

We're seeking HVAC professionals with residential installation experience and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Candidates should have experience installing residential comfort systems, excellent mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining attention to detail.

The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is highly desirable. EPA Certification is preferred. Applicants should have their own basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record.
