Position: Chief Estimator
Reports To: Executive Vice President
Location: Randolph, MA
Cox Engineering is seeking a Chief Estimator to join our team.

  • Oversight of the estimating process for all trades
  • Establish and sustain standardized procedures, methods and processes for:
  • Estimating
  • Scope Reviews
  • Customer relations
  • Training
  • Bid proposals
  • Software maintenances
  • Cost analysis
  • Product inventory schedules/ reviews
  • Collaboration with internal groups (Preconstruction, Operations, Sales amp; Business Development)
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience
  • Proven Leadership in estimating
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in estimating software
