5. Excellent time management across multiple cases

Personal Injury Attorney Experience:

1. Personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
2. Strong legal writing (demands, motions, petitions)
3. Litigation experience (depositions, hearings, discovery, mediation)
4. Understanding of insurance (auto and general liability)

Personal Injury Attorney Description:

1. Running pre-litigation strategy and directing paralegals
2. Managing client communication monthly (minimum)
3. Handling medical coordination and provider communication
4. Driving cases through litigation when needed
5. Strategizing post-settlement reductions to accelerate disbursement
