Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our innovative remote team. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, providing a flexible work setting that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Leveraging telehealth technology, you will conduct virtual counseling sessions, enabling you to reach a diverse array of clients across Jersey City, New Jersey, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the most effective treatment plans for a diverse range of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring the highest level of compliance and accountability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop holistic treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in regular training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and individual counseling, all conducted remotely, demonstrating skilled communication and rapport-building with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base seeking support for various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse, and more. Our telehealth model allows us to provide care that is accessible and responsive to the individual needs of every client, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or additional training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth software to manage clinical documentation and client interactions.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with diverse mental health professionals to create integrated care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on your caseload and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide an array of comprehensive benefits including:
