Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling is actively seeking dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Specialize in addressing a variety of challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions when needed, applying therapeutic techniques that promote healing and support.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records using our state-of-the-art digital technology platform to ensure compliance and enhance client care.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans that address both mental and physical health concerns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest methodologies in marriage and family therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our service model emphasizes familial and individual therapy, catering to adults and children/adolescents alike. As a therapist, you will work with clients facing various issues, ranging from behavioral problems in younger clients to relational dynamics in couples and families. You will also assist clients navigating adjustments during life transitions such as separation, divorce, and blended family situations.

Qualifications
  • Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and clinical best practices, with a desire to improve access to behavioral health services.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy practices, offering both flexibility and accessibility for clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload with a range of issues across different client demographics.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care integration.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
