The NDT Technician performs on-site non-destructive testing to identify defects and ensure the quality and safety of materials and components. Working independently, the technician primarily handles routine inspection projects, documenting results and calibrating equipment to uphold industry standards without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine non-destructive inspections using various testing methods
• Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure reliability
• Monitor quality control during testing processes
• Detect and evaluate defects in materials and components

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in non-destructive testing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified NDT Technician (e.g., ASNT Level II or III)
• Knowledge of Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
• Strong attention to detail
