Job description


We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blueprint Analyst to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation. As a Blueprint Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to support project planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Generateprecise and detailed quantity measurements based on blueprints.
  • Researchblueprints to address inquiries regarding finishes and materials.
  • Utilize blueprints forcalculating square feet, linear feet, or item counts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a relevantfield.
  • Proficiencyin blueprint reading.
  • Proficiencyin computer skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
  • Strongorganizational abilities.
  • Excellentcommunication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Quick learner with theability to understand and adhere to company protocols and policies.
