~Job Description

  We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver with flatbed experience for 1 year or more. This position involves the regional and over-the-road (OTR). This will require overnight stays in the truck. Performing thorough pre-trip, and post-route inspections, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition at all times and compliant with DOT regulations. Including hours-of-service (HOS) and properly maintain detailed and accurate records on electronic logs (ELDs). Plan and execute routes efficiently, accounting for delivery schedules, weather, and road conditions; communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays or issues. Representing the company professionally during all customer interactions, and demonstrate courtesy, reliability, efficiency and respect always. This includes, limited phone usage during loading and off-loading facilities.

~Work Schedule

§  Regional and OTR routes originating from Elko, NV. Some assignments require overnight stays (company provides sleeper cabs or hotel accommodations as appropriate). Flexible scheduling with advance notice; home time is prioritized whenever possible.

~Annual pay rate

  $80,000 - $90,000

~Requirements

  Safely operate, company-owned Class (A) 2002 379 tractor-trailer, equipped with manual 13-speed transmissions

 Road test to verify shifting technique, vehicle control, and safety awareness.

  Willingness and ability to accept assignments that require overnight stays

(typically 1–3 nights per week, depending on route).

  Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.

  Clean driving record with no major violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years. Alomg with no speeding violations.

  Pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

  Enroll in FMCSA Clearinghouse drug and alcohol program

  Valid, up to date Medical certification
