We partner with agencies to help them scale by creating visibility around goals, team performance, and growth opportunities.
Position Overview
ROAM Performance is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping businesses grow, and being part of a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work directly with agency owners and teams to demonstrate how ROAM can improve performance tracking, incentives, and overall agency growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct demos and discovery calls with prospective clients
- Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers
- Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline activity
- Educate prospects on ROAM’s promotion tracking, incentives, and ROI capabilities
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams
- Help agencies identify growth and incentive opportunities for their teams
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Attend and represent ROAM at industry conventions, conferences, and networking events
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, SaaS, or B2B sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Passion for helping businesses grow and scale

Preferred Experience: Insurance industry background preferred but not required. Sales experience is a plus!
Compensation: Base + commission structure (based on experience).
