The program offers postdoctoral researchers the opportunity to conduct independent, high-impact research across a wide range of disciplines represented within the Max Planck Institutes, including natural sciences, life sciences, social sciences, and humanities.

The MPPP provides a structured framework that combines scientific excellence with career development. Selected fellows benefit from access to world-class research infrastructure, interdisciplinary collaboration, and mentorship from leading scientists.
