We are a growing event marketing and community outreach organization partnering with national nonprofits and community programs to support public engagement, fundraising, and awareness campaigns through live events and outreach.

We are hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representative to represent nonprofit clients at community events and connect with the public. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and customer service professionals looking to build experience in marketing, sales, event marketing, and community outreach.

No experience required — paid training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with attendees and provide information about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Support marketing, sales, customer engagement, and community outreach efforts
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
• Track customer and donor interactions accurately
• Work with the team to meet daily outreach and campaign goals
• Attend training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required
