Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds. Immigration Attorney Responsibilities & Duties

  • Advising clients on immigration laws and procedures, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, naturalization, and removal proceedings
  • Representing clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
  • Preparing and filing immigration applications, including petitions for visas, permanent residency, and citizenship
  • Conducting legal research and drafting complex legal briefs
  • Communicating regularly with clients and updating them on their case status
  • Staying up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations

Immigration Attorney Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in immigration law practice.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience representing clients in immigration court.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.
  • Membership in relevant legal associations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to public service or pro bono work.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to a state bar and eligibility to practice law
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing immigration law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
