Job description

This is a full time position at REACH Medical, PLLC. The Grants Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Grants Coordinator in the development, and implementation of REACH Medical's grants and related programs. This position is responsible for administrative support tasks and closeout tasks of REACH grants and related activities.


Duties:

Assist Grants Coordinator in maintaining all grant contracts, vouchering and budgeting submissions. Including the following:

● Ensure all required documents are collected to ensure all compliance requirements are met and organized (ie; Work plans, budgets, narratives, policies and procedures)

● Maintain all Compliance and Regulation requirements, Policy and Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

● At the direction of the Grants Coordinator develop/update grant budgets for programs, submit vouchers and meet all required deadlines.

● Maintain necessary record keeping workflows and grant dashboards for REACH grants and update grant regularly


Qualifications:

○ High School Diploma

○ Excellent communication skills

○ Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate abstract concepts in an understandable format.

○ Ability to communicate with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds

○ Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work; detail oriented

○ Flexibility to meet a variety of changing and often competing priorities

○ Strong computer skills across platforms to include:

■ Microsoft Office

■ Accounting Systems

■ Google Drive
