Talent Manager, REACH Talent
REACH Talent is looking for entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Talent Managers to help grow and manage a fast-scaling roster of digital creators, entertainers, and emerging media brands.
As a Talent Manager at REACH, you will work directly with creators to develop their businesses across brand partnerships, content strategy, platform growth, monetization, merchandising, podcasts, speaking opportunities, live events, and broader creator economy ventures. This is not a traditional management role built around waiting for inbound deals. Our managers are expected to be proactive operators who can identify opportunity, build trust with talent, create deal flow, negotiate partnerships, and help creators think bigger about their long-term careers.
REACH Talent operates within the broader REACH ecosystem, which includes REACH Marketing, REACH Nationals, REACH Ventures, REACH Live, and REACH Studios. That means our managers have access to a larger infrastructure than a standalone management company: brand relationships, campaign deal flow, campus and Gen Z marketing capabilities, creator community, venture opportunities, and internal systems designed to help managers spend more time growing talent and less time chasing disconnected opportunities.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, highly organized, commercially sharp, and deeply fluent in the creator economy. They should understand how creators make money, how brands evaluate talent, how to communicate with both sides professionally, and how to turn creator relationships into meaningful long-term business. This role is best suited for someone who wants upside, ownership, and the ability to build within a collaborative environment rather than operate as a siloed individual manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of digital creators and talent across brand partnerships, content strategy, monetization, and long-term business development.
- Source, negotiate, and close brand deals, sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, licensing opportunities, and other commercial opportunities for talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, brands, agencies, platforms, and industry partners.
- Work collaboratively with REACH’s internal teams to match creators with relevant campaigns, inbound opportunities, and broader ecosystem initiatives.
- Help creators develop pricing, positioning, media kits, content strategy, and long-term career plans.
- Track deal flow, contracts, deliverables, payment status, creator communications, and campaign execution with a high level of organization.
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities for talent, including merch, podcasts, live appearances, speaking, events, product launches, and entertainment opportunities where relevant.
- Represent REACH Talent with professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity in all external communications.
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand partnerships, entertainment, media, or a related field.
- Understands creator monetization, brand deal structures, social platforms, content formats, and influencer campaign dynamics.
- Is confident communicating with creators, brand executives, agencies, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Can operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Is hungry, resourceful, organized, and comfortable with performance-based upside.
- Has strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Believes in creator-first management and long-term career building, not just transactional brand deals.
Compensation Structure
This role begins on a commission-based structure, designed for entrepreneurial talent managers who want direct upside tied to performance. As managers prove success in the role through creator growth, deal flow, revenue generation, reliability, and overall contribution to the REACH Talent ecosystem, there are opportunities to earn performance bonuses, transition into a base salary structure, and potentially participate in equity upside over time.
