Responsibilities may include:
* Visiting the property as needed

* Assisting with property-related errands and administrative tasks
* Providing updates and reports following site visits
Requirements:
* Dependable and trustworthy
* Good communication skills
* Ability to travel locally
* Access to a vehicle is preferred
This is casual, on-call work with hours varying based on property needs. Compensation: $28/hour
