Key Responsibilities
  • Own the endtoend customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they achieve their recruitment goals using Recruit CRM.
  • Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops for new and existing users.
  • Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and health scores; intervene early to mitigate churn risk.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feature requests.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities; work with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting ROI, best practices, and nextstep recommendations.
  • Document success stories and case studies to showcase the value of Recruit CRM.
Essential Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex SaaS concepts in simple, businessfocused language.
  • Proactive problemsolving attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms, preferably Recruit CRM or similar recruitment software.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Desired Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related clientfacing roles within a SaaS or HRtech environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of reducing churn and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or talent acquisition teams is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management, and collaboration platforms).
Education

Formal educational qualifications are not specified; however, a bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is typically preferred.
