Responsibilities
BOH
Execute menu items consistently and efficiently
Maintain food quality and cleanliness
Work clean and organized during service
Follow prep and portion standards
Communicate clearly with team
FOH
Provide strong, friendly service
Handle busy shifts and late-night volume
Know menu and make recommendations
Maintain bar/section cleanliness
Work events and shows when needed
