Position Title: Medical Director Radiology Services (MD/DO)
Location: Northeast Florida Region
Compensation: $49,000 Start Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time No Call Requirement

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Radiologist with leadership experience and MQSA Certification, comfortable with performing minor interventional procedures. This is a clinical and leadership hybrid role at a modern community hospital located within driving distance of the northeastern Florida coast.

The medical center is a 100-bed facility serving a growing community with a wide array of medical specialties. The hospital includes emergency care, cardiology, GI services, orthopedics, surgery, and women's health services, alongside full diagnostic imaging and laboratory capabilities.

• Provide diagnostic imaging interpretations with a focus on general radiology

• Perform light image-guided procedures (e.g., joint injections, drain placements)

• Serve as the Medical Director for Radiology Services, overseeing clinical operations and liaising with hospital leadership

• Ensure quality assurance, workflow efficiency, and team performance

• Participate in department meetings and initiatives for continuous improvement

• No overnight reads - supported by a teleradiology team for final reads after hours

• Competitive base salary Over $548,000 annually

• $49,000 sign-on bonus
