We are a janitorial company with Government and Federal contracts within the US. This Job is based at a large government facility in Aberdeen, MD.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings, managing staff, and training staff in cleaning procedures and floor care systems. You must be able to handle multiple customers and locations. Knowledge of various floor care procedures and products.

Duties

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Conduct regular inspections to identify deficiencies
• Work with PM and APM to address deficiencies quickly and resolve them
• Analyze data to improve processes and product quality
• Train staff on best practices and job duties
• Perform daily inspections
• Assist PM and APM with duties
• Manage equipment and supplies
• Supply and Equipment Inventory
• Perform all janitorial duties necessary in the event of staff shortages

Skills & Qualifications

• Able to handle multiple customers
• Knowledge of quality and cleaning principles, practices, and methods
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work
• Knowledge of facility maintenance
• Ability to maintain floor care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience working as a janitorial supervisor
• Experience with union employees (plus)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Union knowledge (MUST)

Must have a driver's license, a car, and pass a background investigation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours TBD
