From the way we smoke our meat to the way we develop our people, everything we do is built around craft, consistency, and creating experiences our fans come back for again and again. As we continue to grow, we're looking for strong leaders who want more than just a job-they want to build something, develop people, and run a business they can be proud of.
What You'll Get
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $13,000 annually
- Bank Bonus Program (performance-based upside)

What You'll Do
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You're running a business.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 50 crew members and leaders
- Own the full P&L: labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
- Drive execution of our brand standards-food, service, and experience
- Build a strong bench (shift leads trainers AGM pipeline)
- Hire, train, and retain great people
- Run a clean, organized, and efficient operation
- Use data and systems to make smart decisions (not guesswork)
- Be the leader your team looks to-for direction, accountability, and growth

- Strong operational discipline (you understand numbers, systems, and execution)
