What You'll Do:
- Plan and Execute: Coordinate and manage all aspectsof catering events, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-up. Yourorganizational skills will ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Marketing Maestro: Actively promote our cateringservices through marketing initiatives and community outreach. Your creativitywill shine as you design campaigns that highlight our offerings and attract newclientele.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connectionswith clients, local businesses, and community organizations. Your ability toforge lasting partnerships will be key in driving our catering success andcreating repeat clients.
- Be a Team Player: Support the entire R&R BBQteam with a positive attitude, contributing to a fun and inclusive workenvironment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in catering, eventplanning, or customer service is a plus but not required!
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients andcolleagues alike.
- Relationship Building: A natural talent fornetworking and building strong, lasting relationships with clients andcommunity partners.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities tojuggle various events and tasks with ease.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings andweekends as events require.
