Overview

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (FastField) at Quickbase. FastField is our mobile forms and field operations solution used by teams that can’t afford data loss in the field, including safety inspectors, facilities managers, fleet supervisors, and field service crews. The role focuses on owning demand generation for FastField, guiding the funnel from awareness through trial to closed-won revenue, and partnering with Product, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Product & Market Expertise — Be the demand team’s expert on FastField’s market; understand buyers (operations managers, EHS leads, field supervisors, facilities teams) to inform messaging, target high-value segments, and anticipate competitive threats.
• Demand Ownership — Own FastField’s demand metrics (trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, pipeline sourced) and report on funnel performance with data-driven insights.
• Trial Funnel — Own messaging and experience from first click through trial activation; coordinate with Product on in-app touchpoints and Ops on onboarding touchpoints to advance users through the funnel.
• Always-On Campaigns — Manage evergreen programs across owned channels to sustain the funnel between launches and peak moments.
• Product Launches — Partner with Product and PMM to set the demand brief for releases and execute go-to-market plans across channels to generate pipeline.
• Product & PMM Partnership — Act as FastField’s marketing counterpart to Product and PMM in roadmapping discussions, providing market perspective and flagging demand implications before shipping.
• External Acquisition & Sponsorships — Build and manage external audience-acquisition programs (sponsored placements, events, content syndication, media partnerships) and own ROI reporting with Sales and SDRs on lead routing.
• Influencer & Expert Activation — Identify and recruit industry experts and influencers to produce influencer-led webinars and collaborations that build credibility and demand.
• Paid Media — Coordinate media investments with the Paid Media team, refresh creative and messaging, and identify opportunities for spend efficiency and pipeline contribution.
• Webinars & Office Hours — Own webinars and office hours end-to-end from topic selection to promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up and conversion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with experience owning multiple channels rather than a single function.
• Ability to coordinate across paid, organic, email, and web programs; broad competence to direct and optimize a multi-channel mix.
• Strong product instincts — translate roadmaps into demand implications and tailor messaging to top-of-funnel and nurture contexts.
• Curiosity about buyers; ask buyers questions before budgets; funnel fluency and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with Product or PMM teams; track record of owning trial or freemium funnels or other high-volume self-serve conversions.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with field operations, EHS, construction, facilities, or frontline workforce software.
• Experience with G2 and review-site-driven demand programs.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content, or campaign work.

Pay Range

$90,499.50 - $142,213.50

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in pay transparency and equitable pay practices. This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Benefits for full-time roles include medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan with company match.
