Job description:Since 1958, QuickDelivery Service, now a 3rd generation business, has been providing Localpickup and delivery and logistics services to the entire Gulf Coast. Ourlocations are strategically positioned in the key markets of the South EasternRegions.
Mobile trucking companylooking for a customer service clerk.
Schedule:
- 6-hour shift potential to go to full time
- Monday to Friday
- 1100am - 0500pm
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Tech intellect is a must (Microsoft 365)
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Answer Emails
- Scheduling
Experience
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must Have Tech Intellect
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
