Quick Clouds

Quick Clouds is a family owned vape shop. We specialize in disposable vapes, hardware kits, e-juices, wraps, and other smoke shop products.

We are seeking a motivated, cheerful Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You would be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, assisting them in selecting products that meet their needs, and accurately processing sales transactions.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
• Conducting daily product inventory
• Cleaning duties, including dusting shelves, maintaining the break room, and updating display shelves
• Opening and closing the shop
• Preparing orders for both in-store pickup and delivery
• CHATTING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS!!! This is not a typical register role, small talk and curiosity are essential to our environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Retail or cashier experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

This position pays $22 an hour once the CSR has full product knowledge. Pay is $20 an hour without full product knowledge.

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule: 3 shifts per week, 9 or 10 AM – 10 PM
• • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• 4 days off per week
• This schedule is non-negotiable

This is not a "cashier" position, yes you are working the register but you do not just check people out. The primary focus is customer engagement. Your job is to greet customers, tell them about our new deals and products. If you do not enjoy small talk or customer interaction, this position will not be a good fit. We serve approximately 150–250 customers per day, this is a fast paced environment and you'll be on your feet during your entire shift.

We will prioritize individuals who have knowledge on vaping products.
