Position Overview

Quest International is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Assistant to support outbound business outreach, market research, company research, and CRM documentation.

This is an onsite, activity-based role for someone who is comfortable making business calls, speaking professionally with company contacts, asking structured questions, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activity.

This role also uses AI-assisted research tools to help identify companies, organize outreach information, prepare call activity, and support daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound phone calls to businesses
• Introduce Quest International and explain our services professionally
• Ask structured questions to identify potential service needs
• Research companies, contacts, industries, and business opportunities
• Use AI-assisted tools to support research and outreach preparation
• Document call outcomes, contact details, needs, objections, and follow-up steps
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or similar tracking tools
• Coordinate qualified follow-up conversations with internal leadership or operations teams

Daily activity typically includes 80–120 outbound business calls.

What You Bring

• Experience in business outreach, customer outreach, lead generation, market research, sales support, marketing operations, customer operations, or a similar role
• Comfort making outbound phone calls throughout the day
• Strong professional phone communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, lead tracking tools, or outreach documentation systems
• Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking
• Ability to follow scripts, campaign goals, and structured outreach processes
• Comfort working in an activity-driven role with daily goals and performance tracking
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for research, organization, or workflow support
