Front Office Coordinator
Job DescriptionPatient Coordination: Manage the front desk with a focus on patient check-in/check-out and professional phone etiquette.
Expert Scheduling: Optimize the daily schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and maximize provider production.
Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment plans and co-pays clearly to patients.
Record Management: Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Office Leadership: Utilize your senior-level experience to troubleshoot administrative bottlenecks and support office management tasks.
Full-time $17 - $20 per hour

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Every Saturday).
Note: The office is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively assist our diverse patient base.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
Basic computer literacy and comfort learning office management software.
Previous experience working in a dental or medical front office setting.
Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance verification processes.
