Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of bathroom "wet area" renovations—from demolition to the expert installation of our premium wall panels, shower surrounds, and fixtures. You will be the face of Pure Bath on the job site, ensuring every project meets our high standards of "Contemporary Elegance" and "Minimalist Luxury."

Key Responsibilities

• Full Demolition: Safely remove existing tubs, showers, tile, and flooring while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Precision Installation: Install Pure Bath’s proprietary wall panel systems, ensuring 100% waterproof integrity using Aqualock technology.
• Carpentry & Plumbing: Perform light framing, subfloor repair, and plumbing hookups for shower valves, pans, and fixtures.
• Fixture Fitting: Install shower doors, niches, LED mirrors, and exhaust fans to match the curated design plan.
• Efficiency: Complete high-quality remodels within our 1–5 day timeline without sacrificing craftsmanship.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally with homeowners, answering questions and ensuring they are 100% satisfied with the process and final result.
• Quality Control: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all work is leak-proof, level, and aesthetically pristine.

Qualifications

• Must have your own set of hand tools.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: Must have experience in construction, residential remodeling, specializing in bathrooms, finish carpentry, or plumbing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with power tools and a deep understanding of waterproofing standards. Experience with Fibo or similar wall panel systems is a major plus.
• Problem Solver: Ability to navigate the unique challenges of Bay Area homes (older plumbing, uneven walls, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" mindset—our panels require precise cuts and seamless joins.
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a clean workspace (we pride ourselves on leaving a home cleaner than we found it).

• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
