This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous pool service experience is an asset but not required - basic maintenance and customer service skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Completing pool services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or other water features

● Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Representing Puddle Pool Services in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● 1+ years of labor or customer service experience

● Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry is a bonus!

● Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems

● Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

● A strong work ethic and highly dependable

● Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

● Driver's license is required

Technician Responsibilities

● Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment

● Organizing and managing equipment

● Keeping the interior and exterior of the van nice and shiny!

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Selling further services to customers

● Owning marketing around each job site

● Driving the van to and from each job

● Planning and managing the job site
