Job description

Position Overview


ProSight Talent is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and design/build projects from initiation through completion.


This role is responsible for managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of execution, leadership, and financial oversight in fast-paced, multi-project environments.


Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Leadership

  • Lead large-scale or multiple concurrent projects from assignment through closeout
  • Oversee Assistant Project Managers and project team members
  • Drive project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders


Financial & Budget Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Oversee procurement processes, subcontracting, and purchase orders
  • Track and price Change Order Requests (CORs)
  • Lead monthly progress billings and Accounts Receivable follow-up


Scheduling & Operations

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and contract documentation
  • Ensure alignment across design, construction, and operational workflows


Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business


Project Closeout

  • Ensure all project closeout requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle


Additional Responsibilities

  • Support contract review processes
  • Participate in training and continuous development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, or multiple concurrent projects


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities


Work Environment & Requirements

  • Primarily office or jobsite office environment
  • May require flexible hours, periodic overtime, and occasional travel
  • Ability to perform desk-based work with occasional light lifting
