Propment

The Property Manager will oversee a student housing development with approximately 230 residents, ensuring smooth operations without direct reports. This role requires a regular on-site presence to manage day-to-day activities, maintain tenant satisfaction, and support property functionality efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
• Oversee lease management, including renewals and compliance
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Manage vendors to ensure quality service delivery
• Develop and implement effective property marketing strategies
• Handle rent collection and maintain accurate records
• Resolve conflicts and foster positive tenant interactions
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years experience in property management or other customer facing position.
• Experience with Entrata or another tenant management software.
