Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on fostering a positive community environment while ensuring property upkeep and operational efficiency. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades. 
  • Salt & snow removal duties.


Requirements

  • Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
  • Working cell phone.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
