Property Management & Maintenance LLC is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Plymouth, Indiana area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable traveling between properties to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and property systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

• Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical work

• Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls as needed

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Travel between multiple properties and job sites as needed

• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or related experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance systems

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed

• Flexibility to work on-call when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience

• Experience working across multiple locations or facilities

• High school diploma or GED

• Trade certifications are a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $800–$1,200 per week
