Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and committed to helping individuals achieve their health and recovery goals through exceptional therapeutic massage services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct client consultations and assess areas of concern prior to treatment
• Educate clients on recovery, wellness, and self-care recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and welcoming
• Promote membership services and wellness programs when appropriate
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other recovery specialists to support client outcomes
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Massage Therapy License
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in sports massage, deep tissue massage, recovery-focused treatments, or athletic performance is a plus
