Professional Party Rentals is seeking an energetic and relationship focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building strong client relationships, creating rental orders, and helping our clients bring their event visions to life with our extensive range of rental products. If you're passionate about event planning, customer satisfaction, and achieving goals, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including wedding planners, corporate organizers, and individual customers.
Identify client needs and offer tailored rental solutions from our inventory of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and more.
Create and present accurate quotes and proposals for event rental equipment.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery and setup of rentals for every event.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, ideally in the event, party rental, or hospitality industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with exceptional time management abilities.
Familiarity with event trends and a keen eye for design is a plus!
Proficiency in basic office software.
Enthusiasm for helping clients create unforgettable events.
