  • Rapid identification of drawing or paperwork errors; communicate with the Test Supervisor and Engineering to resolve.
  • Complete, accurate quality records: test forms, time logs, and traceability.
  • Clear system labeling/tagging for shipping and service.
  • Verification against the BOM; secure spare parts in the Test Department and ensure they ship with the skid(s).
  • Proper maintenance and stewardship of department tools.
  • Strict adherence to safety procedures.
  • Minor repairs on skids, as agreed, to keep orders moving forward.
  • Immediate reporting of failed parts to QC for NCMR processing.
What We Expect From Every Teammate
  • Follow company policies and procedures; arrive on time.
  • Keep your area organized and audit-ready.
  • Deliver on goals, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Support our clients, company, and team; safeguard confidentiality.
  • Contribute wherever needed to achieve company goals.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude with measurement proficiency and confident hand-tool use.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and read schematic drawings.
  • Mathematical competency for calibrations and test calculations.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds; frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching are part of the job.
  • Manual dexterity and safe work habits.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Available for overtime and cross-department support as needed.
  • Professional communication skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
