Proarc Welding

The Steel Fabricator plays a vital role in the assembly and creation of steel structures, working within a small team environment. This hands-on position requires proficiency with welding, cutting, and interpreting blueprints to ensure precise fabrications. The role involves a combination of shop and on-site work, reporting directly to the foreman. Candidates should be prepared for intermittent overtime as project demands require.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, and assembly of steel components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Take precise measurements and conduct layout work
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure standards are met

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in steel fabrication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in welding and blueprint reading
