The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a medium-sized facility during day shift hours. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, waste removal, restroom upkeep, and minor repairs while working independently to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning and upkeep
• Remove waste and dispose of trash properly
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and sanitation
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensure cleaning procedures follow safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in janitorial services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment use
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform daily tasks
