The Commercial Property Manager will oversee and coordinate operations for commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. Reporting directly to the Property Director and working within a small team of 1-5 members, this role involves managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and negotiating contracts. Occasional travel to various property sites is expected. This position offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
• Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities
• Oversee vendor performance and contracts
• Negotiate contracts to benefit property operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial property management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
• Expertise in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and building maintenance oversight
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management abilities
